1. Design Package Satisfaction & Revision Rounds
We are dedicated to ensuring your final garden concept completely reflects your personal vision. All commissioned 3D design packages include:
Complimentary Revision Rounds
Every design commission includes up to two comprehensive revision rounds at the concept stage to adjust spatial zoning, plant varieties, patio stone colors, or pergola positioning without extra charge.
Milestone Sign-Off Approval
No physical works begin until you have signed off on the complete 3D masterplan, material specification schedule, and budget breakdown.
2. Workmanship & Structural Guarantees
We stand behind our landscaping craftsmanship with industry-leading warranties:
12-Month Hardscaping Structural Warranty
Covers any structural defects in sub-base excavation, patio stone movement, mortar jointing failure, or retaining wall stability under normal residential use.
Plant Establishment Replacement Commitment
If any nursery plant installed by our team fails to establish within the first growing season despite adherence to provided care instructions, we will inspect and replace the specimen free of charge.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Before On-Site Survey: If you cancel your consultation request before an on-site survey is conducted, 100% of any pre-paid booking fee is fully refunded.
- Design Stage: If you choose to cancel after the on-site survey but before CAD development commences, only survey travel expenses are retained.
- Construction Stage: Cancellation after material procurement is subject to restocking fees charged by external stone and nursery suppliers.
