All custom design commissions are subject to an agreed proposal detailing project scope, deliverables, payment milestones, and estimated delivery timelines.

3. Quotations, Invoicing & Deposits

Preliminary quotes provided online or over the telephone are indicative only. Binding project fees are formalized following an on-site survey.

Commissioned landscape design packages typically require a 30% initial deposit upon engagement, with the balance payable upon delivery of final CAD/3D deliverables.

For construction execution projects, stage payments are linked to agreed physical milestones (groundworks completion, hardscape completion, planting completion).

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project execution, the client agrees to:

• Provide unhindered, safe access to the property for agreed survey and construction hours.
• Inform our team of any known underground utility pipes, cables, boundary disputes, or preservation covenants.
• Review and provide feedback on concept drawings within agreed review timeframes.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All design schematics, 3D imagery, illustrations, content, trademarks, and documentation generated by Petlandscaperepairs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Petlandscaperepairs.

Clients receive a non-transferable, perpetual license to implement the designs exclusively on the commissioned property. Reproduction or commercial resale is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Petlandscaperepairs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website use or reliance on general editorial guides.

Our total aggregate liability under any contract for services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client under the specific engagement contract.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
